Tesla Robotaxi is live in a limited Orlando zone. Private Cybercab purchases are not open. Orlando Cyber Fleet has registered operating interest with Tesla and will put a vehicle on the network when allocation and insurance exist — not before.
How it works
Riders open the Tesla Robotaxi app, request a trip inside the active geofence, and ride unsupervised. STOBI LLC holds title, commercial insurance, charging, and condition. Tesla holds dispatch, pricing, and the rider relationship.
Start with a single network-eligible vehicle. Scale only after payout history, a cash reserve, and a real Tesla slot — not a spreadsheet.
On-demand autonomous vehicles in Florida require $1 million primary liability while logged onto the network. The LLC carries its own policy.
Overnight in the owner’s garage in the Oviedo / east-Orlando area until a shared depot is justified. No theater lease.
Service area
Unsupervised Tesla Robotaxi service has been operating in Orlando since 21 July 2026. The first green zone sits along the Semoran / Lee Vista corridor near MCO — not Disney, not Universal, not downtown, not the terminals.
That constraint is the plan. Utilization grows when the geofence grows. We do not sell rides to parks we cannot reach.
